The lope tune is so cool until you have to replace all 8 injectors... It's gotta be the worst thing you can do to injectors besides running sand and water through them. Pulsating with a hellova lot of rail pressure...

its because there's so much fuel being pumped into the engine. usually the serious drag and pulling trucks have that because of the massive fuel pumps and injectors on them.

This truck is making that unique idle nosie, because it was running a lope tune at the time. Which is why it is make that lope lope lope lope sound at idle.

No the pulse width is where he makes the power, the lopey idle comes from retarding or advancing the timing at idle. Its funny that tune seems a lil familiar though LOL.

I stand somewhat corrected on another post, DPHeavyHD has EFI and tunes himself he mentioned ther that is was just a matter of changing the injection quanitity at idle. Ill ask Brayden next time i see him, but I dont think it has anything to do with the pulse width. The reason I say that is the tune Hes got on my moms truck naturally lopes, its only 60 horse over, and is basically raised rail pressure, and a timing adjustment. No extra fuel and no pulse width change i believe.

The tune is from Brayden Fleece. He told me you lower the injector pulse width. he said this lowers to it 21,000 psi I want to say. I could be wrong,but i know you lower the pulse width
