@Hankhill90210 : Eh, well its actually a mix of the two mopeds & scooters threw out this video clip, but pending where your from they may determine it is labeled scooter but here in the Hawaiian Islands it is labeled, sold, and known as mopeds. Scooters refer more to the motorelectric chairs helping disabled patients and older people get around. NO get me wrong. Cuz if I needed or used one of those BEST BELIEVE it will BE Soopt up and Modified and Definitely would start Drag events/shows, etc.
I know everyone who ever owned one thunk it a dinky slow crappy thing scared to be seen riding. Some of us had tricked parts as well as knowledge of racing and modifying SO WE BUILD/MODIFY EM! Actually even the old days my dad even his dad(my gramps) have told stories of an old friend who used to do certain things that made their old motorized bicycles or scooters do way better then how they were sold.
