This is a guy who knows his Earthbound/Mother stuff, he gets the Mr. Saturn textbox right, and the Mr. Saturn attack was the only thing you liked about this game...

Omigod, therhand is really a Mr. Saturn! The reason he failed at map and gameplay design is because Mr. Saturns don't have hands and can't program properly!

Just kidding. XD

So, yeah. Interesting idea, but poorly executed. Don't continue if you don't think it's worth it.

Ugh. Way to be a jerk. Yeah, you played the game, but pretty much, all you did was insult every tiny thing about the game you could in an attempt to be funny. That was no review. All I got from that was you are very inconsiderate. Geez.

Or you're just butthurt. I thought his points were pretty damn valid, especially how most of the time he's confused about what the hell is going on because even Mother isn't supposed to be this frigging aimless. Not to mention the beginning maps do suck.

Thanks for playing. It does get better, chapter 1 is by far the low point of the game. You picked up on my inexperience with the software, and it does show in the first few areas. :|

Would it not make sense to better the introduction in order to make sure your audience continues playing? Just simply leaving it confusing and acknowledging it does not help one bit.

I suggest you bone up on some RPG Maker tricks and polish up your game a bit. Remember, just because it's FINISHED doesn't mean it's GOOD.
