My interpretation: this is satirical/ironic.

The barbie's falsified features and showy garb are a reflection of society and how people have terrible priorities nowadays (where clothes and painted faces reflect what a person is like instead of actually assessing character).

"I can see a lot of life in you" becomes a sarcastic, ironic statement.

If that was the intent of this vid then I approve. If not... well, I gots no idea bro.
