The first one shockingly did extremely well in sells, and it even shock Arc system if check couple of websites about the there reaction. It maybe could be because of the sells tactics they did with the game (limited edition) for the same price as the standard + getting a early release over the standard.

I like that we have another standard play character to add to the roster. A large portion of the characters have complicated or at least unique techniques... It's nice to see another traditional fighting character... Well, traditional by comparison, at least right? :p

This game is already confirmed for early next year in Europe for PS3 and 360. Wouldn't be surprised if the US and JP version came out around the same time.

That's possible but they would have to bring the new fight system over too. Many people speculate that they are just going to throw in some new unlimited versions of characters as the "new characters"

At least for what we know of the first loke test the changes are Major and numerous.

They've changed the parameters of a lot of over used moves and made major changes to the guard break, and burst systems. They also messed with the overall play style of several characters, particularly the top 3. Everyone is getting new moves and balance tweaks too.

They are also adding in 2 new characters. New and updated levels too. Also a host of minor changes that I think are very good touches.

The primary reason no one is speculating an update anymore is because there's Too Much New Stuff for it to be a downloadable update, which is the best reason ever.

I was actually pretty disappointed with Street Fighter 4 because the stuff they added ended up being really shallow.
