The reason he isn't falling for Tifa is because he is still in love with Aerith and he can't let her go. This video is amazing. I like the other one but this one I think shows more of Cloud's emotion to his lost friends.

@latina10901 I think the reason for not being so into Tifa isn't exactly because he was "in love" with Aerith, I think it was just that Aerith gave Cloud the love that he needed..and he always loved Tifa and she for the most part didn't pay much attention to him until around the point where he met Aerith.

@latina10901 Cloud looked at Aerith as more of a mother figure, he got it confused. He and Tifa had sex on that cliff before the final fight. He is just so filled with guilt over Zach and Aerith he doesn't believe he's strong enough to protect anyone anymore hence him keeping his distance from Tifa. I wish it really was AerithXCloud but we all know who Aerith really cared for. They both walked away in the end together, dead as hell.

Both of them, such great heroes. Zack gave his life, knowing that Cloud would carry on, and that his sacrifice would help him defeat Sephiroth. Cloud helped show Zack just how much of a hero he truly was. Both of them made their world a better place. I think that Cloud will always carry on a part of Zack, looking to it for guidance when he most needs it. And Zack died knowing that he left the world in good hands, and he couldn't have picked a better man to give his dreams.

I've seen this video over hundreds of times, but every time I watch it, it still gets to me. I had a bestfriend that died over six years ago, and he was like a brother to me. Just like Cloud, there were things I wish I could've done, things I wish I could've said. Cloud has always been my favorite character of all time. In a way, I've always felt like I was connected to him some how. I feel the things he feels. Maybe thats why I love FFVI so much, or maybe, that it's just the greatest game ever.

But I've learn't that it would have been better this way, because one died of a heart attack, and if they had tried to keep him alive he would have been in pain, and the other of cancer. but atleast i know, like cloud, that I'm not alone =)

Cloud strife was infact the most human character out of eny final fantasy game for the reasons being he was in a total downword spiral of how he wittnessed the last momments of his friends and in that sense he wasnt ur whole oh lets go save the world with a happy face throughout he was continously wondering in his thoughts and past which made him even more human which sums up why That was most likely the best final fantasy game character they ever made which made that game speical in a sense
