@TheMeltinResponse raisct people on here. I grew up in b-town and it's not as bad as you think. and Florida is one of the best states ever so you can shut the fuc* up
5 years in a goo neighborhood expensive it tirned to shot and everyone left. I mean everyone I had alot of old neighbors and reallynice ones. Niggers came and ran em all out they where scumbag crack dealers. And don't you ever think o calling me white trash because I own a camaro. Fuck you for saying that because I'm not trash. Don't see me blaring music riding on 22's. No so shut your mouth
Bradenton does need an enema to relinquish the white trash, moronic teenagers, snowbirds, tourists, and illegal immigrants. There wouldn't be too much left after that which is sad because it was so much different even 15 years ago and back. I wish all the haters would realize that we don't want you here. We live less than 10 minutes from paradise on earth. We want this place kept secret to a degree so the true, clean, middle and upper class townies can take back what is ours. The end.
@therichelieufactor FUCK YES!! Bradenton and Manatee and much of FL does not have citizens who behave morally. Too many illegals, white trash and headless chickens. FL sucks and its a shame. It could be better if the people were better hell, maybe the humidity would lessen if it was a much more hospitable place right.
I love all the tourists and non-residents bashing the city. This used to be a quiet paradise that wasn't as immensely known as it is now due to TV and internet. All the snowbirds and tourists decided to buy property here when mortgages were being given away like candy. Then the the market crashed, their homes were foreclosed, and they just left us the real townies to clean up their mess. For all you that complain, you make us happier by leaving. I'll take the Gulf beaches against anything else.
@josh666675 sorry we can't all be ghetto trash living in your crack-town city driving white trash camaros and pretending we can have an acting career.
@therichelieufactor That was my summer car by the way i owned it for two years never drove it. Going to sell it. Also i'm not a scumbag i keep myself clean of drugs and alcohal.
@therichelieufactor I have a1967 Camaro!!!I bet its worth more than your mommys house,I have a good use for it to.You may have heard of it?Bradenton drag strip!FUCK YOUR BIG MOUTH!!!...If I'm trash because I'm white and own a Camaro then you must be uummmm worth about as much as the shit on your lips...I bet you voted for Obama You Fuckin scum bag..Get off the library's computer and go cut some laws or something productive.
I live in Cary, NC one of the wealthiest cities in the nation
fuck yeah, fuck Florida and my fellow immigrants( YES I am an immigrant)
it is so sad that 1 out of like 1000 immigrants that move to America actually work hard and want to be 100% American while the rest are a bunch of opportunist assholes
@tHeWasTeDYouTh LOL, NC is the most racist, small minded redneck covered states in the country. It takes an ignorant mind to post the comment you did. Way to prove my point.
I lived in Bradenton for a couple of years when I was managing one of the stores in DeSoto Mall. Had a great waterfront apartment on the Braden River, East of town off of Hwy 64 in Carlton Arms. Was a nice town with good people - but that was like 25 years ago. Guess Things Change! :-((
Don't let all these YT vids fool you! Home of the most murders, shootings, armed robberies, home invasions, bank robberies, drug dealers, hookers, pimps, killers, thugs, gangs, bums and shootings like the wild west. Everyone here owns AK-47 assault rifles and sells dope. Crazy place no joke. When the sun goes down, stay inside with a shotgun. Even in the daytime, drive with your windows rolled up and doors locked. Even 12 year olds shoot and kill people in this wild place known as Bradenton.
@Killah941 you need to be focusing more about how Palmetto area is the worst place to live or anywhere north of the river, it makes Bradenton get a pass imo, you need to get out and experience more. Some nice people live in the ghettos.;. Would you rather have it that you get annoying white suburbanites in their Ford F450s? I know I dont.
@MrRuigni, yeah, there's a lot of little prissy rich towns, I just feel bad for the poor republican raised kids who will never get their heads out of their asses and have a good time and VOTE FOR THEIR OWN INTERESTS :)
@MrRuigni, no but i've been to get down downtown and other various festivals/events and its always hordes of rich kids and their alcoholic parents scattered throughout the different bars. the real fun is when the gang members have a guy walk around in a woman's shirt and beat the living shit out of the first idiot to make fun of him.
@dreaminvasion Yea I dont always spot the rich kids with their "alcoholic parents", but I'm sure its there. I mean I saw the nightscene there from one of the bars down there and where I was was full, and the place across the street was and then there was Lost Kangaroo which changed. Theres really nothing down there and if you look around Bradenton, nothing besides Distillery. Downtown Bradenton is a joke though and I'm also not crazy about Lakewood Ranch at all.
@dreaminvasion Yea thats true. Its not as bad as Parrish, but still not too hot. I may move to Bradenton ON THE SARASOTA LINE though so I will be closer to Sarasota. Not by Palmetto though. I say this because St Pete looks pretty damn bad for employment and I just graduated school.
BTW you are cute, I wanna kiss you lol. Excuse me Im kinda drunk haha.
@MrRuigni uh thanks? haha. i was likely drunk as well, posting on youtube and all.
And yeah you should try sarasota, bradenton is just crackheads, poor people, and a whole bunch of rich republicans. ugh not much to see here. at least sarasota has some attractions
St Pete is nice, but I believe its more depressed than Sarasota is. They should be the poster city of FL's poor economy really. Sarasota not as much.
Bradenton now is Borington unless you wanna hang with the crackheads and hobos, then you'll find it entertaining like down 41 and shit toward Downtown Bradenton. No places to really go there.
@MrRuigni WTF? Oh there is no blonde dingbats holding clip boards trying to make you sigh a petition for some new law or rule to come in effect or smelly hippies with dreadlocks pan handling?
@dreaminvasion YEA VOTE FOR OBAMA!!!...If your own interest is being a DUMB FUCK!.....You need to wise n up kid!...All politicians suck but the democrats are ruining your future!!..If you were smart you would vote for Ron Paul...By the way he's a libertarian..
don't you have some bon-bons you need to be shoving into your face while you laugh and agree with ann coulter somewhere? or an interracial couple to be staring at like a fucking asshole?
I really miss the 13 active gangs and corrupt police dept. Long walks on the Riverwalk with the drug dealing illegal aliens. Memories indeed! Love how its impossible to drive the speed limit anywhere because the old people restrict all traffic to 30 mph. The 41/301 pile ups I really enjoy. Old people move there to die and refuse to turn in license until they kill someone. I love this town.
Boy I sure miss Bradenton. The reason I'm replying again wanted to tell you a good place to eat called Linger Lodge not to far from Horseshoe Cove but in the Boonies.
Brings back memories of when I went to visit family in Bradenton from 94-99.You need to check out Bradenton Castle/Bishopp Planetarium(Musuem) and of course Horseshoe Cove RV Park. Many memories on the private Island in Horseshoe Cove.Get some video of that if you can!!! Look around the dock and railings for a penny I inlayed on a post plus my initials"JAM".
Nearly every place you passed had some meaning to me. I moved from B-Town in 2005 to Michigan, and I missed it so I came back home! One thing I noticed--you must have filmed this off-season, or on a Sunday morning, because the traffic in that part of Manatee Ave is usually much, much worse. It's not uncommon to sit at those damned traffic lights more than once--waiting for some tourists to decide to stop staring and to drive!
The first few second of this video, where he turned onto Manatee Aveneue( from 59th St.), used to be a blinking red light. Hard to believe that sleepy little Bradenton has grown into a traffic nightmare!
i used to live right of 43rd street and i loved MHS but sadly i had to moveout of state becuase of my fathers career i went to the brand new King Middle School and loved it i worked at the manatee County family YMCA last summer and i really miss all of my friends
same i live in bradenton but i cant seem to get out tried going 2 school in sarasota even but i left that school now im back in bradenton schools wich suck
Fun to just sit back and remember and recognize home! Born and raised in Bradenton, now living far away in Seattle, WA. Thanks for the "drive down memory lane"... I mean Manatee Ave! haha
