guys it wasnt whoever bought the billionth app it was the people who bought the last million apps were enetered in a sort of raffle drawing and apple chose the winner randomly out of those million people. besides, it takes an app about 15 minutes to process so the clock wasnt exactly right....

:P The javascript was set to show the thanks a billion page at 999,999,975, it was in the source code. Don't know why, but it would have never reached a billion on that counter. Maybe they didn't have enough space xD
