That's why I got a dog. I have to walk him out of my property at least 15 minutes twice a day so he can also relieve himself or else he does it more in my backyard and I don't like cleaning it up. That's the only thing that motivates me to move out of the house everyday. I also workout at a far away gym at least twice a week. I'm chubby but not obese. No way, never!

After shooting this she passed away. Have some respect for her death. She is an inspiration to many.

my cousin was about this size when he passed away. he got gangreen in his body fat brought on by mild septecemia it spread and the surgeon had to remove two thirds of his body fat to stop the gangreen and the resulting trauma proved to much and he died shortly afterwards he was 42 and wasnt always huge. basically he yoyo dieted for years fluctuating between 15 -22 stone until his thyroid gland stopped working and cause of the medication he had to take he spent the next 10 years getting bigger
@seaniekay eventually he became bed ridden and when he passed he was well over 35 stone. the important lesson to learn from this is to when to say i have had enough and to exercise as much as posible. if my cousin had just followed those two easy principles he would probably be alive today.
also it may sound mean but i think morbidly obese people should be barred from fast food restaurants in much the same way you wouldnt have a smoking room at a cancer ward. or a wine tasting at AA meeting.

@BlamblamWAM Lipo works very well on Smaller people who can't seem to get the weight off in small areas. For people like that who now have a food addiction it would come out very lumpy and deformed and not look good. Best thing for those guys right now is to lose enough weight so the can get that gastrobypas (sp?) surgery and then work out of their addiction. I wish you could just fix the problem with surgery but sadly you can't :(

What you have to understand is that when people get that big its because its an emotional problem, and they eat and eat until they temporarily satisfy that issue. I've been around many people like this and its sad. Also one thing I try to remember is 'We're all human beings, and when we're hurt we try to self medicate. Even if its the wrong dosage.'
@thegirlwholiketoread I disagree. If you crave a cookie, it means you're hungry, so eat. Burning off more calories is the opposite of what to do. I think the key to being healthy is to be sensitive to what your body wants. Also know if you're full, and then don't eat. That's what I try to do, anyway.
i'm american and i rarely see people who are morbidly obese...or obese in general. everyone is pretty normal

my cousin was about this size when he passed away. he got gangreen in his body fat brought on by mild septecemia it spread and the surgeon had to remove two thirds of his body fat to stop the gangreen and the resulting trauma proved to much and he died shortly afterwards he was 42 and wasnt always huge. basically he yoyo dieted for years fluctuating between 15 -22 stone until his thyroid gland stopped working and cause of the medication he had to take he spent the next 10 years getting bigger

@seaniekay eventually he became bed ridden and when he passed he was well over 35 stone. the important lesson to learn from this is to when to say i have had enough and to exercise as much as posible. if my cousin had just followed those two easy principles he would probably be alive today.
also it may sound mean but i think morbidly obese people should be barred from fast food restaurants in much the same way you wouldnt have a smoking room at a cancer ward. or a wine tasting at AA meeting.

@BlamblamWAM Lipo works very well on Smaller people who can't seem to get the weight off in small areas. For people like that who now have a food addiction it would come out very lumpy and deformed and not look good. Best thing for those guys right now is to lose enough weight so the can get that gastrobypas (sp?) surgery and then work out of their addiction. I wish you could just fix the problem with surgery but sadly you can't :(

What you have to understand is that when people get that big its because its an emotional problem, and they eat and eat until they temporarily satisfy that issue. I've been around many people like this and its sad. Also one thing I try to remember is 'We're all human beings, and when we're hurt we try to self medicate. Even if its the wrong dosage.'

@thegirlwholiketoread I disagree. If you crave a cookie, it means you're hungry, so eat. Burning off more calories is the opposite of what to do. I think the key to being healthy is to be sensitive to what your body wants. Also know if you're full, and then don't eat. That's what I try to do, anyway.
