  • For all of his mistakes you cannot blame one person for the entire financial crisis...

  • This is a show trial. The man cannot reply to any of these questions without being grilled.

  • Jail these pigs now!

  • "made money with all these other people's money"? what money? It's all goddamn fake,,,it's all paper these assholes are playing with..the US dollar is worth exactly .03cents---it's lost 97% since the federal reserve stole this country in 1913. rise up people. educate yourselves. when you end the fed, it's as good as shooting fuld in the temple. the game will be up.

  • @mollymullen1 RON PAUL 2012!

  • Michael Schumacher made more then 800 Million Euros by driving a race car in a circle and doing some commercials. Is that fair? Those 500 Million Dollars from Fuld are not fair as well but wouldn't reduce the damage of 650 Billion really much. The question is if anything changed since then. If the system keeps allowing that behavior it will happen again and probably happened again.

  • @akruber1 Er, is Schumi the CEO of a bankrupt organization?

  • @ssam00 if the system remains in order allowing what fuld did (i totally agree that this is not okay) then it will happen again and again. schumi is not a ceo of a bankrupt organization. but that wasn't what i mean.

  • @akruber1 Michael Schumacher made money for Ferrari and did not bankrupt it...

  • @akruber1 guys, you don't see my point. schumi is just an example, maybe not a good one to show my point. the "only" difference between him and fuld is that fuld crashed a bank. i think that is criminal. and did he spent one single day in jail? no. so that whole trial is just ridiculous. if the american system allows that fuld gets away with that then the system should be changed.

  • I know Fuld received a lot of cash, but I'm British and here we are taxed on our bonus's, mine around 40%. If large bonus' were stopped then wouldn't that reduce revenues for the united states also?

  • Well, the very simple answer to this question would´ve been: "No, Sir, it is not fair. But life isn´t fair, either."

Dick Fuld´s a great man though. He build that company and he buried it.

  • Im Portuguese, i have lived in america for 5 years and i love america. But Fuck American Politics and CEO's. Fuck Capitalism!

  • Waxman dropped the ball when he failed to ask Fuld to return some of those easy millions he took and give it to the employees and others that lost everything on account of his lies. Fuld, after all, said that he "felt horrible ..." and so Waxman should have called him on his sincerity and asked him if he'd do the right thing.

  • @guyNbluejeans i couldn't agree more

  • @polandspringss Thank you my friend, thank you.:-)

  • This guy is next from Moses.

  • he should have said yes or no. i have no respect for his squirming and weasling

  • "Mr. Chairman your first question was about the slide are those numbers accurate. They are accurate the way you have...... put them up on that slide. But I believe your number of cash and salary bonuses are accurate." I so want Waxman to say. "Ok you seemed like a smart guy so I didn't believe you were really the guy in charge of driving the 4th largest investment bank into the ground but with those questions all of a sudden it becomes very obvious that your exactly the guy who did it."

  • This is a play ..Chairman Waxman is playing underhand softball with Mr.Fuld because in some way or another he needs Mr.Fulds friends to contribute to his upcoming campaign/campagns.

  • These bankers have so much power, they consider themselves untouchable. They are basically thieves and they should be tried thusly. They haven't been tried for the crimes they've commited simply because they are billionaires and have bought the government. The only way this can be resolved is if there's a public uprising and these criminals either get deported or ripped apart in the streets by a braying mob.

  • Man, he had a bad year in 2002! Only 22.9 million?? Barely enough to pay the property taxes on his houses. Poor guy... Weep, weep..

"But mr. chairman, these are gross figures. After taxes i took home only 325 million. The IRS is a bunch of crooks. Oh... wait,... so am i... Anyway, um...how 'bout those yankees...?"

  • Holy crap this guy is so good at avoiding the question.

"Do you think it's fair you were given a huge bonus for failing?"

"Uh...I don't think the numbers are exact, my compensation was mostly in stocks, my socks are black today, I don't feel my socks are blue, uhhh..."

"Yes, that's fine, but do you think it's fair you were compensated for failing?"

"Uh...we had a committee to ensure that our employees owned a percentage of the company...uhhh...my socks are black..."

  • @seahawks78 It's really just an intelligent Type A personality that is a sociopath. That's it. Exceptionally motivated with no care as to the well being of other human beings allows you to do very bad things to a whole lot of people and profit from it greatly.

  • that man's mouth looks like asshole

  • He got paid almost $600 Millions plus money which is not on record, he should be made to pay back that money but of course he got away with it and living very well and now employed by another wall street bank. I can not believe people allow these things to happen..there are more of us then them..REVOLT PEOPLE..its time to bring back the Guillotine!

  • This is the definition of greed.. But he's not the only person like this, and it's the system's problem, not his (obviously).. make the system better and you will not allow people like this be the way they would want to be.

  • 31 years old, been in college for 13 years, still haven't earned a single job. GPA of 3.8 as well.

This guy and others are the reason.

  • lol this man is ahead he is going places ANSWER THE FUCKING QUESTION!

  • ask me for advice and i will answer any question. my channel

  • What kind of country lets a CEO to recklessly gamble with other people's money, and walk away with half a billion dollars while ruining the company? I'll tell you: A country who's elected leaders rely on the CEO to fund their political campaigns.

If the people of this country had any say, Dick Fuld would be sitting in jail, stripped of his reckless gambling gains.

  • this is amazing

  • The judge should have demanded him to answer the fucking question. Then make cruel comments on his disgustingness.

  • Absolutely disgusting the inequity. He should have lost everything like his shareholders.

  • I love it when these thieving pricks simply don't answer the questions that are asked and nobody pressures them.

I'm gonna lose my house cuz this cocksucker fucked the world over and I lost my job because of it ........ don't ever let me see your ass in Canada, Mr Fuld!

  • Who the f*** needs 500 million dollars?

  • his face looks so old and evil. being a wall st. crook must be mentally consuming. lynch the fuckbags

  • When Democrats took a congressional majority in 2007, they immediately set to work their unification plan , the destruction of the U.S Economy. They knew this had to happen because they had no other way of rallying support for them to be in power. They figured out the key to accomplishing this was through mortgages aimed for low income individuals. Now that they have the power, they are using average Americans' anger as a smokescreen to erase wealth and any hopes of real recovery. RIP America.

  • Greed is the plague of america!

  • and people say terrorists are bad, this guys WORSE

  • stupid bitch avoided the question

  • He makes me sick. Should be death penalty for this kind of crime.Put him up against a wall and let him rest i peace.

  • Wow i think the CEO by now have lost all his hair by now!

But then again, im sure he can afford hairtransplant!

  • What action has been taken against this fella...For how long will the american goverment be so stupid enough to let go of these kind of fellows who show no kind of remorse...It is because of this we are facing not a nation catastrophe in economy but a global economic crisis....y is this fella not put behind the bar...and each of his bones broken so that no one may dare to play with others money in the future....These Greedy pigs of walstreet should be shot dead

  • I'm losing my job right now. I want to kill this man.

  • @markvz It's not really his fault you're a terrible employee.

  • @sdflksdfkfh And how do you know he is a terrible employee?! Isn't that judgemental?

  • @markvz do it kill him. hahah. If this was egypt he would have been shot dead by now.

  • @rimmel10 kinda makes me wish we had been throwing rocks rather than waving a bunch of silly teabags prior to the wall street bailout.

  • @markvz

    im sorry you're jealous

  • @bearstearn3 "Pride comes before the fall" Remember that.

  • Fuld got knocked the fuck out yesterday at a gym.

  • when it comes to salaries it is all clear, but when it comes to all the transactions that took this economy to the bottoms nobody knows? the young college kids are watching this failed leadership on all institutions and this society wants the young to do better with such example from adults???

  • 3:45 R.F.Jr. says the 500 number is not accurate. This is a lie, of course they are! is all public on the web. As said 21 years ago by Gordon Gekko played by Michael Douglas in the movie Wall Street, "Money is not lost, only transfered" The Lehman Fiasco has made possible money be transfered from shareholders and employees to Executives officers lavish lifestyles and all the middle man, brokers, and unqualified homeowners in between that cash out and spent it all in mansions, cars, and casinos.

  • Lol stop copy and pasting into different videos.

  • Reptillian act @ 6:23! LOL!

  • Waxman I have a question for you: are you the worst interrogator in the world? I don't hold a candle for Fuld - Lehman's chased the high-leverage model and tried in vain to emulate the success of investment banks better than they = deserved to fail - otherwise the capitalist model has no credibility. However, Waxman's questioning is irrelevant; 'A helicopter to work...' Who gives a crap? Many CEOs and Chairmen of companies do, including non-financials and even smaller than Lehman's. Woop de do.

  • wait america! we should demand all that money to pay the bailout and this fuld or full of $ guy should be sent to guantanamo. I vote for whomever does this.

  • I agree with you...and everyone who voted for this bailout should JOIN HIM..I don't care..both sides, dems and reps..should face the music. This is so disgusting!!!

  • Off topic: I live in a small house, but I sat in the sun this evening. Suddenly a butterfly landed on my nose! It tickled and I bet she (or he) gave me a kiss. Never had a better day! LOL! Oh, I'm sorry we are talking about money here. Well money never made me really happy 'cause I'm 'poor'. Weiry things like I just told you are making me happy though. Clean consious here! People in this vid are not making me feel very happy. Oh, I sigh when I see a dead bird or a small animal besides the road.

  • sorry to stop your happy moment but this thought would make you much happier...send him to guantanamo with the terrorist.

  • Why? Do they sell acid around there? ;P

  • This is a very strong indication of a drug called LSD.

  • Hey, I said Off topic! ;D

  • The solution is the top every asset down till the most rich have helped bail out our country. The only ones who can really help America are the ones with the most money.

  • Great idea. Unfortunately most rich people aren't too willing to give up their money for others. More often than not, money makes you greedy.

  • But think about it, would YOU give up your money for others? Maybe, I can't say yes or no because I don't know you, but only YOU know the answer. You don't gotta reply, just answer in your brain.

  • If I was in Fuld's place I probably wouldn't want to give up all that money. Like I said money makes you greedy. But I'm not Fuld and knowing all the people he's screwed over with his frauding, then yes, I want him to give it back.
