I'm trying not to be critical (I am a massive fan of Tesla's work and I'd kill for one in my drive) but I have some concerns about that screen. While my first reaction was 'god, that's cool', in a real-world environment, I feel it's too big, too distracting and too busy. While the passenger would be the ideal person to operate it while moving, the driver would be constantly hunting and picking for what are basic functions of the car. And the fact that, when it freezes, the speedos freeze too!
The center screen is way too big, they should use regular electronic controls with some cool led backlighting. will do a better job on consumption that it counts more on a electric vehicle and also will avoid errors like a frozen display. Everything else on the car looks amazing. This is the way to go!!!
I actually don't like the display in the middle. A touchscreen isn't needed to turn up the air conditioning imo. Its distracting and my air nob never freezes.
This car is a damn impressive one and it's just great how they managed to get room for 4 passengers and a real car boot and still install batteries for a range up to 300 miles! But this huge touchscreen is not a good idea. As futuristic it looks the drawbacks are obvious. No need to itemise it...
i hope they can fix that freezing problem before it happens to one of their customers.

The ONLY thing this car sucks with is the big display plus running Windows... OMG, that's gonna be a shit anb full of problems.
They should really start over with a Linux based system or any BSD :-).

it was a bit loud in the car while the acceleration took place, but as he said, its still the very first prototype
i hope the new one (which he mentioned in the end) will have a more quiet car interior, and maybe a recharge function when you decelerate :D
anyway, this car is really awsome and id order one if i had the money ;o

it has two seats p front 3 in the back and 2 in the trunk somewhat like a station wagon seat except facing forward.
