you buy either a wig-wag headlights, flasher or hideaway strobes or LEDs. Or in some cases, both, but here its, a type of hideaways. Many brands are good, incluiding whelen and axixtech. you drill a 1 inch hole in the light housing and stick it in and wire up. The only thing difficult about it is forking over the pricey cost.
