The bread came out soggy because of the milk. Don't use milk! I had to scrape the top off and turned into the bread into french toast, which came out good. Then I took the top and scrambled it with eggs as a side

I'm not keen on the peppers and eggs combo, and I can't do mushrooms. But I like the idea of doing bread under the egg bake, and I'd go there with some french toast. Top that with ham and some lightly browned potatoes and onions.... pop those eggs on top and the cheese of your choice, and bake that bastard up.

I love breakfast. It's so easily customizable.
