It does and doesn't. C&C Retaliaion was a Playstation only compilation of Red Alert Counterstrike and Red Alert Aftermath. The missions were largely the same, but they had new cutscenes in between. The first decade just has Counterstrike and Aftermath in their original from. General Carville (from RA2) was actually first seen in this game.
