Well I play xbox but I still know this. Back when they had dedicated servers, people could play with people in their general location with little to no lag. Also the search time would be wayy faster. Now though it's like xbox where you get paired up with people in some village that have a walnut connected to tree type connection...So PC gamers face a lot of lag and a longer search time. Believe me it's way too annoying and gay.
