living colour did the master track. its just that no one could locate the master track, so they had living colour come in and re-record it with some more guitar solos!
Really, the person on the lower difficulty has the advantage, and since pretty much everyone who plays Guitar Hero where I live can't even do Expert without being rusty or crap, and since the only version I have is the crappy-graphicked, online-lacking PS2 version I'm pretty much f*cked.

If you have played Battle mode, you can see that the guy on the lower difficulty has the advantage. So a guy on Easy can almost easily beat a guy on Expert. That's what makes this mode suck.

There are other modes this is just one more added on multiplayer watch the interview they say this is a newly added multiplayer mode and Its different don't dislike it because of what it looks Neversoft didn't do this either....activision did boys and girls

that looks really fun. for multiplayer. if they have that mixed up wammy bar strumm and lefty flip crap for single player then the game is ruined

To alleviate some of the potential problems...
(1) Pro-Faceoff will still be in the game
(2) This is a party mode that will not change features to other areas of the game. Star Power will still work in the same manner. Check out my single player GH3 videos for that.

* Broken string: One button on the opponent's guitar will not work until it is fixed (by rapidly tapping the button). * Difficulty up: The opponent will play the song on an increased difficulty for a short duration of time (except for expert difficulty). * Amp overload: The fret board will shake and appear blurry, making the scrolling notes difficult to read.
* Whammy bar: The opponent will have to use the whammy bar before he/she can play notes again.

One thing I forgot to suggest... they should have tried to rerecord the songs with the original bands so it's quality like with Living Colour...
