  • OMG thank you so much DUH a colander for the sprouting, its so simple it evaded me..........i hope thats what it is

  • thanks!!!

  • The cat says, "Yawwnn, I will just wait around for a nice raw mouse." lol

  • great!! :) just gone 100% raw and missing hummus, will give this a try thanks

  • hey, thanks a lot for that XD

  • @fulanaarvore ❤

  • nice!!!

  • Excellent

  • Thanks! Actually, I thought you had to soak the chickpeas in water rather than in a colander which would drain the water right out. Looks like it worked okay. I've never sprouted anything, so I'm speaking from inexperience. ;-)

  • no, you first soak the beans for 8-12 hours... then you drain and let them stay in the colander for the next 4 - 5 days or so. They must be rinsed several times a day during the time they are in the colander to stay moist but not allowed to get moldy. The colander makes it easy to rinse and also keeps the beans from sitting in any water. Hope that helps! : )

  • sounds good. im out the door to get some beans.

  • Yea! Looks fabulous! A couple of more days for the sprouts and I will be good to go... hope you enjoyed yours and thanks! :)

  • Your cat had an opinion about this whole raw food thing:)

  • I think you are right ponhand!
