When I record I always have t have one of my headphone to the side because the delay is too much. Do you experience any delay through the headphone or are you hearing yourself just fine? And would you recommend recording with one ear piece to the side?

@NathanLee0921 for Zenya and the other singers, I'd run the mic directly through the mixer and via aux 1 (which goes into the computer) which gives them instant vocals in sync with what they are actually singing. if I route it through the pc first and then the vocals come out with the mix there is a delay too.

why is it that all people who sing that are from another country. all sound american.. odd i swear.. but good vocals

american spoken english elongate vowel sounds. singing, by definition, elongates vowel sounds therefore it would naturally sound american. but its not *quite* american spoken english. for instance, the "rrr"s are not elongated in singing, by either american or non-american vocalists. saying the word "flowers" is a good example. in singine the "e" is elongated, whereas in american speech the "r" is elongated.
