God..and I thought my Squadron was horrible..what u have to do is mainly make it MANDATORY for them to do practice..if they make a mistake..DROP!!give me 10 ..or just correct them at the spot or tell them to do it again and again till they get it right..that's what I do..tho:.love ur screaming
