Funny how none of his teamates risked jumping over him in an act of joy. Somehow they knew that they would have risk breaking him one arm or some ribs cause he is only made of bones. Oh, and he was also the greatest shooter ever.
i was at this game, bought the tickets on ebay, 2nd row behind the pacers bench, got the tix for like 50 bucks........this is the greatest game in Nets history
As a former Knick fan, I hated Reggie Miller with a burning passion LOL! But he was the most feared and respected when he had the ball in this situation. One of the greatest Clutch shooters in NBA History! He had that Killer Instinct! Killer Miller!
Season ticket holder in section 212 for over a decade now, but IIRC, I sat in one of the lower level sections for this game. I went with my brother and the son of my town's mayor at the time. He had a handicapped parking permit for something, so we ended up sitting in the parking lot waiting for about half and hour after the game as fans poured into the tunnel to the Giants Stadium parking lot lol
Dang I thought the best shot ever was when Tim Duncan had that fall down shot to take a lead on the Lakers in the 04 playoffs. But man this was spectacular.
Yeah I did see that last shot, and it was amazing, but he didn't fall down like Timmy did, and for a big man a fade away shot is hard to make. I see where you guys are coming from though cause Timmy hit a clutch shot while Fish hit a game winner, but oh well L.A. went on to lose 2 championships and S.A. went on to win 2 championships. LOL, pity him.
actually a Baron Davis gamewinner that should have counted but didn't, which came a few days after this play, was the final straw. I was jumping all over the place when this happened and I'm not even a Pacers fan. The Pacers were really lucky Milwaukee collapsed so hard or they wouldn't have even been in the playoffs
Oh yeah. I went to a Bucks-Nets game when the Bucks had already started sliding and were at 36-30. Bucks lost badly. There was a photo of the Bradley Center with a bunch of 9s on the seats. Terrible, but at least it was the Pacers that got to the 8 spot.
Richard Jefferson missed both free throws with a 3 point lead and less than 4 seconds left.
By today's standards this 3 wouldn't have counted since the ball was still in his hand with 0.0 on the clock. But that doesn't matter, because this was a few years ago, when that rule wasn't in effect. One of the greatest shots I've ever seen.
one overtime period later, reggie tied the game again, but this time driving by kittles and finished with a dunk over aaron williams and kenyon marting.
if you know bout shooting a three pointer you should kno two things, one is that on certain parts of the arch some people prefer to bank it in intentionally and two to sot the ball and bank it in takes skill and control in arm strenght and ability to stay concentrated dispite the pressure
Dat wasnt clutch it wuz all da technology dat saved his ugly ass self he clearly had da ball in his hand da same time da buzzer went off he released it late fkn faggot
I was at the game maybe the best game i ever attended, will never forget the guy in back of me crying when reggie hit the shot, damm if the pacers win RJEFF is a all time goat
EPIC FAIL!

This shot was the final straw that brought on video review. It was awesome to see, though.
