That's not because Gohan is a hybrid though that's just his hidden power it's nothing to do with him being part Saiyan.

Hybrids find it easier to get SSJ due to having a more human emotional side but they aren't just destined to be stronger.

Trunks and Goten are just stronger because SSJ is literally in their blood.

Im a Big fan of Both Naruto and DBZ, but DBZ has so many plot holes its not even funny. If you seriously took the time to watch from start to finish you'll see so many plot holes and so many things that were said that make no sense in the later episodes. Naruto Shippuden's story is more developed and more logical. Naruto is a better anime overall, but DBZ's Action is unrivaled.

At least with Future Trunks, you can actually see that he had actually achieve SSJ even if it s was filler. Chibi Trunks and Gotena achieving SSJ without any effort sort of ruins the whole SSJ thing being special but altough you could argue it started with Vegeta as SSJ getting pwned by Androids made on Earth is pathetic. SSJ Goku owned Freiza who was the strongest being as well as the ruler of the universe but after that saga, it began to lose its novelty when Goten and Trunks transformed.
