My mom used to read my journals.. so I stopped doing it. No privacy. That sucked. I wish I had kept it up. What a great book I could have written. Most details & events I have forgotten.. stories lost. Good video.

So sorry that you lost your privacy. Perhaps you'll ask her if she could extend that privacy to you and to read your journals...because the only other option is that you won;t write...and surely she would want you to write. Or perhaps you'll agree to share parts with her- there's got to be some middle ground to build trust, ok.

LOL.. ok for multitasking.. I am an adult now, so I have my privacy and my own place, but I suppose I didn't develop the habit after that and I wish that I had. Have a great day... Oh, how I would LOVE to take a trip to India.. Ghana too. I am a big Bollywood fan. But umm why do they never have black or dark skinned Indians in the films? Hmmnnn! lol.

Seriously, though, India, like any other former colony around the globe, has serious & deep issues around skin color- so deep that one can grow up totally unaware of this bias. Judging from the comments on my videos, this is a real sensitive topic & people might feel singled out by even mentioning it. But I'm sure you already know the drill- people gotta indulge in self love in order to recover from self hate!

I have a diary and I also have a dream diary so i keep hold of everything I've seen in my mind while sleeping and reminising the days I had when I was younge!

I had a journal every since I was 10 and I still write in a journal and blog. I think keeeping track of your thoughts is an amazing way for a person to express themselves. It's a world people can have to themselves. Kids need to write more anyway. This is a good idea Diepiriye.
