I actually found a way to make this video even more great. Just open a new window but still keep this one, and then type in "Cloverfield Monster HIDDEN IMAGE!" in the search bar and wait till it gets to 0:06 and then press the play button for "Mario Galaxy Spec Commercial" at the beginning kill the volume and just sit back and watch this video with the song "Requiem for a Dream" still playing. Easy as pie.

I can't help but feel chills watching mario's progression from time. It really does only seem like yesterday that I was playing Sunshine or even 64, not to mention all the Mario Kart and Paper mario games as well.

No offence, I like this trailer as a tribute to Mario, but as a commercial to Galaxy, it has a few problems. Namely that a lot of it is footage from other games, which makes it seem like you're trying to sell just on the idea that this is a Mario game. Sure the games are good, but not good enough to buy just because it's Mario. It also doesn't show off much Galaxy gameplay. We see Mario jump around a planetoid at one part, but the rest is mostly cutscenes. Besides that, it's good.
I get chills when I see the rewind of Mario jumping on an enemy.

It would never of been more popular than Mario because of the tidal wave it rode when the NES was around. But Sonic could of been a brilliant franchise, until the masses of crap released.

I can't help but feel chills watching mario's progression from time. It really does only seem like yesterday that I was playing Sunshine or even 64, not to mention all the Mario Kart and Paper mario games as well.
Superb job, even if Galaxy isn't your favorite game, this commercial really does show the Mario Franchise in a wonderful way, something every mario fan can respect.

As a life-long Nintendo gamer and an 80's baby, this video pretty much sums up my entire gaming life; from my childhood, through my adolescent years, and now into adulthood. It has been remarkable to grow up with Nintendo, seeing it grow from a fledgling video game company to one of the three top gaming competitors in the video game industry, as well as a legend in the gaming industry.

No offence, I like this trailer as a tribute to Mario, but as a commercial to Galaxy, it has a few problems. Namely that a lot of it is footage from other games, which makes it seem like you're trying to sell just on the idea that this is a Mario game. Sure the games are good, but not good enough to buy just because it's Mario. It also doesn't show off much Galaxy gameplay. We see Mario jump around a planetoid at one part, but the rest is mostly cutscenes. Besides that, it's good.
