  • never cease to amaze ... witch and fairy ...

  • 2) Today Evelyn gives me the same feeling when listening to sounds that creativity in his seemingly "rare" but harmonious with the open attitude of sensitivity.

  • One thing that has not been taught to children (even adults) is to have the hearing and cultural sensibilidd to receive and understand the sounds "weird" and did not resemble the sticky business of melodies: that is obstructing your enjoyment and his attitude to the new and creative. But fortunately Evelyn gives us the opportunity to now open this sensitivity. When quite young listen to the bells of Tibet and perplexed me remember the sound apparently discontinuous patterns of time:

  • The common Western instruments are what most people have heard all the life. The instruments of other continents (not every week you hear the great trumpets of Tibet or the Australian aborigines) are frequencies at which we are accustomed to hearing possibilities, so to listen (not just hear) Evelyn is a lesson music and new sounds, fresh contemporary Western culture. Seeing her running is an emotion because emotion she puts her performance .. or not it exciting to play music and listen too??

  • This is really stunning. Wondering what mallets are you using starting at :40. Wondrous

  • @crpederson They are little rubber mallets. No idea as regards to the make of them but lots of companies make similar mallets.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this. The room you are in is my idea of HEAVEN .. all those wonderful instruments!

  • Breathtaking! Nice experimenting and introducing new percussive instruments to the world.
