This video is great! But I have one question: I want to make a contact form with 5 check-boxes, one emal form, comment form and a submit and rest button. How would I include the check boxes in the php script?

i have one issue.. i recieve the email.. but it just says

Comments:"

and thats it. It wont show the content.

i followed your tutorial, but i believe i have a different version of DW because whenever i went to create a text field it wouldnt show me the same windows that popped up for you. Therefore i wrote the code exactly as you had it, but.. for some reason.. like i said.. it wont show the content. :( help me?

hi brilliant tutorials. umm basically i have a small problem, when the email arrives in my inbox the Name and comments are apearing but the users email address is not.

any ideas mark? as the main idea of a contact form is to be able to reply :)

im having a prob with this when ever i hit submit on my form it doesn't send it do you know what i did wrong also when i hit submit it doesn't take me to the page that says Your email will be answered soon as possible! You will return to Living Planet in a few seconds! but mine says Shaiya Apocalypse now living planets because thats what i put
