That is the only chest that will drop the fatal buff, now a BoP and like someone else said 10% fatal instead of 1000% fatal added.
The chests like these are why I was able to go behind an invisible wall and got temp banned... There is another one where you climb up the ladder next to the docks, and two that they invisible walled off in the water going to Nobles District. One next to the bridge to Nobles (under the big circle) and one next to the Smuggler (under water next to a sunken boat).
not sure dude, i haven't played this game since july... as far as i remember sometimes i could get it 2-3 times a day.. and sometimes none... keep checking though, i don't think devs removed it.
hehe i i know where it is i take it everyday sometimes gives me potions that gives you a buff to look like a fire guy or electrick guy or whatever sometimes if u are lucky u can get the potion for the fatality
its not 24/7 there. Its spawns once in awhile. Sometimes i could loot it 3 times a day, sometimes 1 time a day. To make a video ive checked the place 3 times before it spawned.

Cant say the coords sorry, but its in the area near that guy that gives you a quest to get some star up on the tower. And to get on that wall you first jump on the pottery and then on the wall. Use sprint to get up on it.
Sorry I didnt show how to jump on it, my game was king of lagging when i was recording the video, so i couldnt quite make it with low framerate :(
I've never even seen in on AH.. So you know, price could be high, not sure. Actually I even asked people about it, and nobody ever seen potion like that.

well when i was playing it, i didnt find any... and it can be used by those who doesnt have climbing leveled up.
either way i dont really care anymore
