@sianlovesliampayne First you need to download and install the toolbar by click the big download button on the main page of youtubebyclick com.

After you installed the toolbar you just need to enter to youtube clip page and click on one of the yellow button on the toolbar(one is for download the mp3 and the other one is for downloading the mp4). After you click the button a new page will open with the downloading process and you dont need to do anymore just wait for the file is downloading.
