I am a resident of New Jersey, but not of Newark. But even then, I am very impressed with Cory Booker. Newark has been a black eye on this state for too long. I don't care what party Booker belongs to, he has been fighting the crime in that city tooth and nail. I am watching closely, and hope he does consider running for governor one day if he keeps up the good work.

Well I m not a political rhetoric so...that means I don't think one party is better over another, and I don't think one person is better over another. I like the direction Mayor Booker is guiding Newark in...However Christie has yet to even spend a day as a Governor and we are already crowning Mayor Booker. Let us wait and see and be open minded about all that comes to pass, and let us not be so quick to judgment. It's not about if you are an (R) or (D), what matters is progress.

I'm from Belguim and I saw the documentaire of Cory Booker in the election of 2002 (street Fight). He's a great leader and he is a true hero. I'll hope I see him again in about 20Year for president.

He reminds me of a young Dr. King. I live near Newark and I can attest that Newark has a lot of problems but I believe the person that sits in the mayor's office is just about the only person who can turn Newark around.
