Cory Booker is inspiring people to solve their own problems. No beast will have a mouth large enough to eat all the people inspired. There are just too many already.
I am a resident of New Jersey, but not of Newark. But even then, I am very impressed with Cory Booker. Newark has been a black eye on this state for too long. I don't care what party Booker belongs to, he has been fighting the crime in that city tooth and nail. I am watching closely, and hope he does consider running for governor one day if he keeps up the good work.
No...2016 is too soon...2020 would be better. He could beat Christie in 2013 and if he manages to hold to the seat for 6 years he may very well be considered for the Presidency.
Well I m not a political rhetoric so...that means I don't think one party is better over another, and I don't think one person is better over another. I like the direction Mayor Booker is guiding Newark in...However Christie has yet to even spend a day as a Governor and we are already crowning Mayor Booker. Let us wait and see and be open minded about all that comes to pass, and let us not be so quick to judgment. It's not about if you are an (R) or (D), what matters is progress.
Cory Booker 2016 YES WE CAN AGAIN!!!!! We've got to make sure our young people know about this fella. I've been watching him since 2006 when he became mayor of Newark. I love him already. Future President just said Po not poor. Got to love him.
Newark grabbed national headlines in 2008 for a dramatic decline in murders. In January and February, Newark enjoyed 43 days without recording an official homicide, the longest streak since 1961, when the city went 57 days without a murder. As of March 12, Newark had six homicides on the books in 2008, compared to 18 by the same date in 2007. [38] As of March 23, 2008, Newark's 2008 murder rate is about 9.2 per 100,000, a drop of 75% from 2006 levels.

I'm from Belguim and I saw the documentaire of Cory Booker in the election of 2002 (street Fight). He's a great leader and he is a true hero. I'll hope I see him again in about 20Year for president.
Wish him all the best with Newark. His passion is pure. Great Cornell West said, "100 years from now we are not going to remember who was the most successful Negro in Newark.." Point is, it is not about being successful, it is about greatness. Mr. Booker is destined for greatness.
He reminds me of a young Dr. King. I live near Newark and I can attest that Newark has a lot of problems but I believe the person that sits in the mayor's office is just about the only person who can turn Newark around.
I'm speechless

Cory Booker is a man of integrity, character and moral fiber. If nothing else he is at least honorable.
This country is a beast, it will eat him wholecloth. It's a shame cause I really did like the guy. He was one of the good ones.
