Wow, one dimensional thinking at its worse.
Having to think "EVERYONE ENDS UP WITH SOMEONE" is what gives the shonen genre its bad rep. YYH is above that. Hiei doesn't end up Mukuro, he respects her, but nowhere is it ever said "They're in love!"
If you didn't notice, he came back to the Human Realm in the end, and didn't stay humping Mukuro's leg.
