You guys in MAN are spoiled! We have the world's busiest airport, but 1) almost no jumbos - 1 747 from Korea, a couple of 777s are weird hours 2) no observation area 3) American style polyester-pig-cops who run you off even from public land if you want to go spotting. It's all about fear and the power of the stupid mob, so forget enjoying the wonders of aviation.

LOL Thunderstorm, not the best day for flying TBH. I like the B777, it has the biggest engines ever put on an aircraft, there Diameter is the same as the fuselarge of a B737-600!!!

Wow thats unusual seeing the Travelcity 743 rotating so early :D last time i saw one of them (2nd time visitng EGCC and WAY before XL went bust R.I.P) I saw one that took up nearly the whole runway. That US Airways A333 looked so graceful on t/o. Many reasons why the A330 is my fave plane :D
