she was a good singer a lot of people fed off this lady and when she needs help no one realy came to her to see that she got out to the opry One lady told me Rodger Miller help her At the time he was fighting Cancer A great man he was to share his time for Dottie..And God bless both of them We will always love both
Don't u think she should be in the Hall of Fame. Call the CMA and talk to them about so her name will be mention next time. write me here dolly_wayne38@yahoo.com we could talk more about this. I call them about it. BTW I live in Jamaica WI
sorry the wig and poly blend pink george washington ruffly dress? is beyond ugly i cant even listen to the freakin sound ...omg the wig is beyond crazy ugly and really why are the musicians in the background wearing easter egg orange?? and light blue suits? that skirt and jacket thing she is wearing is making her look frumpy and fat .....ackk!!!! hippie clothes would be better than this outfit ...long dirty straight parted down the middle hair wearing a maxie dress is better than this
This was done in 1968 and for that time it was stylish. Not as sheik as nose rings, eyebrow piercings, and ears with thread spools but then to each their own.
This was a family show and decency was still "in".

what a wonderful song. . .vintage dottie at her most tender. Indeed, the country sunshine has not been as bright as 1991 when she left us. I remember seeing her at the Grand Ole Opry the first time when I was eight. She was wonderful, and her music was so special to me. It still is.
This Squeaky person is sick and could use some therapy. He/she/it is obviously insecure in {its} own personna.

Dottie was a wonderful and talented lady. Sadly, she had to leave us much too soon. Thanks for posting this, one of her biggest songs. Mike
