Tower hamlets crime rates have gone down alot, bengalis don't have gang fights that often and all the top shottas in E1 around brick lane and whitechapel are serving long sentences. 2004 statistics, 40% of tower hamlets is bengali, 2009 statistics is 55%. And newham is 60% asian, 20% black and the rest europeans and whites. The newham statistics are wrong when it comes to white population, when you go forest gate, manor park, eastham, its all asians, hardly any white people around.

Hackney in East has the highest black percentage than any other London borough at 24%. The blackest boroughs in South; Lambeth & Southwark both have a 22% black population. But yeah this east borough in the video (Tower Hamlets) is 40% Asian and 6% Black. Other boroughs in inner East are Newham with 20% black, Waltham Forest is 16% black.
East London is the most ghetto because it has the lowest white/british percentage than any other part of London with Newham borough having only 30%.

Tower Hamlets is predominantly Asian.
Hackney is predominantly Black.
Waltham Forest is predominantly Black.
