2003 F150 SuperCharged

It's a neverending cost. Once you get one item in you find another. I believe in the end it was around $8500 or so with parts and labor. I have since sold the truck and bought a 2010 Harley-Davidson F150.

3 valve 5.4s are a joke compared to the previous 2v. i have a 99 ext. cab 4x4 with a mac cold air, poweraid spacer, tornado, superchip and flow 40s. My truck has 166k and i destroy those 3 valves.

WOW, miguelgracia32, that is a complete load of bullshit, no stock F-150 runs a 14.8, my 2005 with the stronger 3 valve engine, roush intake, tru dual flowmasters, ford racing shorty headers and an edge programmer DYNO TUNED barely breaks 15 seconds. lying isnt cool

my ol man has a 05 f-150 5.4 with 3.55 gears and i had a 01 f-150 5.4 with 3.55 gears, both ext cab short box 4wd, and my truck was faster to 60.the new 3v are turds stock. 300hp at the crank, 202 at the tires. pretty shitty

thats cool? i've had an 01 5.4 myself as well, and an 03. same setup as urs and i can tell u my 3 valve blew them away. u cant compare 255hp to 300. and my 3 valve with literally just flowmasters put down 232 at the wheels.

i saw a truck like this running at the the 1320 last night and it ran a 12.6, could have gotten faster but he couldnt keep it from spinning at all, half way down the track he got all the way in it again and he had to let off cause it started spinning again. he would do alot better but he didnt have slicks. still outran the Z06 he ran while it was spinning!!!!!!!!

You are correct. The backpressure from the cats was 5.8PSI. Nominal is <1PSI, so I have since replaced them with Magnaflow high flow cats and Y-Pipe. It is now pushing 578 Engine HP.

I have a 03 regular cab f150 with the 4.6 and stock they run in the 16's new mustang runs low 14's stock truck isn't gonna do that
