  • Can anybody tell me who the guy at 0:25 is?

  • @Screep5

    Butch Vig.

  • Nevermind is sooo overrated omg... bleach was a better album.

  • happy birthday kurt...

  • CHECK OUT ZEE PIFF - ANGEL DUST ITS A COBAIN TRIBUTE PRETTY DOPE

  • Anyone looking for a channel named Classical Bums are gonna be sorely disappointed.

  • did they say madison wi

  • Does anyone have a track were Dave an Kurt sing together ? Sounds so awesome

  • I keep replaying when dave and kurt sing because Im use to hearing Kurt sing alone and Dave sing alone in the Foo Fighters but together is amazing(:

  • Bleach is my favourite Nirvana album...

  • @Kieransgamingcorner9 That's fascinating.

  • @sparkyinbath How so?

  • You could get the whole thing here ---> stagevu(dot)com search "Nirvana" it should be the last one on the first page ;)

  • I never realised the backing vocals were Dave. All these years I've listened to this song I thought it was another take of Kurt dubbed underneath.

  • who in their right mind didn't enjoy this ???? and those not in thier right mind ?? LOL

  • 2:31 At one point everything seemed perfect

  • Its really disapointing when i was watching this video strangeley waiting to hear kurts thoughts on nevermind and i remembered hes dead. They had so much pottential, sa,e goes for Layne.

  • Ughh I died when he played Kurt and Dave's voices together like that<3

  • I signed on to favorite this. I haven't signed on for almost a year.

  • Best album of the 90's, anyone?

  • @UniversalHeat In Utero is better

  • @draven65 Maybe, but in terms of groundbreaking influence, nothing can top Nevermind

  • I wish I could break the songs down like this at home.

  • damn rite classic album

  • @texashardcoreowns okay, then explain how he sold out

  • at 1:00 i was stupid enough to think that was the beatles' revolver

  • ahhh. feels nice to be an 80's baby

  • why does it say as seen on puerto rico indie below the like bar?

  • Proud to live I lived through those years. It was incredible

  • @foreverthreepwood friken lucky man im 14 now it sucks

  • hey im from san fernando (:

  • @cooltim11 And we care why ?

  • The album Nevermind was not only named for The Sex Pistols song "Never mind the Bollocks" but also for the pseudonym Alexander Nevermind which Prince used for me after I wrote Sugar Walls performed by Sheena Easton. This was after I co-wrote Pour Some Sugar On Me with Joe Elliott of Def Leppard. Kurt had been on the Rock Till You Drop tour with Def Leppard in May of '83 when I met them and Joe discovered me. In June '83 I met INXS & Adam Ant (manager Malcolm McLaren former Sex Pistols mgr)

  • i miss NIRVANA.... kurt cobain R.I.P.........

  • I miss Nirvana so much. I hope kids that weren't alive then listen to Nirvana and learn what it was like in that time.

  • holly crap Dave and Kurt in one album would of bin a killer

  • ....KRIST, YOU GOT OLD BRO

  • Holy shit! I dont think I ever realized Dave singing along with Kurt in In Bloom before. It sounds really, really awesome!

  • This is fucking cool.

  • Damn, that is so cool to hear Kurt and Dave's vocal tracks solo'd.

  • I guess 14 people are going to die by the soul of Kurt Cobain

  • Dave is ugly !!! hahahahah just kidding

  • 2:29

  • Very cool video to give us listeners a little bit of what goes on in the recording phase. Thanks!

  • Ive a question, is it like that, that they record every sound or instrument and then put everything together?

  • @PaudinsDrawings yes sir

  • @TH3PANDA8094 ok, are there bands who are doing everything at the same time?

  • @PaudinsDrawings Probably not considering the fact that if you mess up or want to change something the whole band has to restart rather than individual parts :)

  • @TH3PANDA8094 ok thanks for the info

  • @PaudinsDrawings Welcome

  • is this username classic albums, or classical bums?

  • butch vig is the shit.

  • Dave and kurt were singing perfect.

  • @johnwaynegacy94 so Justin Pooper is able to do it??

  • @johnwaynegacy94 you again

  • @johnwaynegacy94 Get the fuck out.

  • Hearing just Dave and Kurt's voices gave me chills...

  • Oh yeah i've got this dvd !!!!

  • @bellatrixstar999 do have come as you are recording ?

  • Im trying new things mixing nirvana with opera and smashing pumkins if u wanna check my channelcheers

  • акогро просрали... Курт, форева, бля!

  • @Dadablia

    shut up

  • I love Kurt's and Dave's voices together. They harmonized really well and made a beautiful sound with it. Nirvana was the definition of my high school existence. I can relate to their music, every song, on some level. Maybe not word for word, but I get it. They were the first band I really "got", if you know what I mean.

  • sublime+nirvana nothing will be the same especially the puke of music they play today fuck this times..

  • i just learned someting about mixing... thanks for sharing

  • The predecessor album was Bleach not Bleech.

  • thestationable : you are doing it too .

  • haha man that so fucking awesome!

  • that was foreshadowing for the foo fighters

  • YAWN!

  • This makes me feel so freakin old! I was in the 10th grade man. It seems like I was older and in college when this record came out. How messed my my memories are over time :)

  • dammit...why did i have to be born a few years before the 2000s....

  • @EpicComplaints because you suck!

  • @EpicComplaints me too dude, we were born too late :(

  • @EpicComplaints I hear that :(

  • @EpicComplaints its because your parents werent horny enough before 2000

  • @EpicComplaints ur just like the rest of u gen dood get over it an be urselfs

  • what is generation y?

generation y does not suck. Everything basically has been done already that is why its even harder to come with good melodies and beats. You must not play the guitar or piano. If you did then you would know what I am talking about.

  • @royalnaz1 youre right there's a deficient in ideas for music

  • Awesome

  • Generation Y really blows

  • Very interesting to hear Dave's backup voice on "In Bloom." If I heard it on a flawless vinyl record, it probably would have been much clearer.

This album changed my taste for music, In Utero is my fav studio album as years went by because it was more sincere. But Nevermind is just a fun, polished punk pop album to play all the way through.

  • at least you had good records to record, and good bands. Bands with content and good lyrics.

  • @loombaron first: sorry if my english is not good, i'm german.

If there were stores like that today anywhere in my town I would spend there every day. but because we don't have such a store here I've spent most of my time together with my father listening to old cd's and plates ( is that the right word?) .

I'm 14 years old and I think it's very sad that there aren't more people who agree with me.

  • i know right? Fuck this today's music. The only music i listen to is 90's, 80's & 70's. But the 90's had to be my favorite era of music.

  • @Destructionboy23 EXACTLY !! all the music in the 90's was 100 times better than today

  • His voice was awsome a true talent in music not like todays shit

  • goosebumps all over.

felt like a kiss from a loved one... from the grave.

  • when he plays kurt and dave together it blew me away

  • If Kurt Cobain didn't die he and Courtney Love would have taken the "Nirvana Baby" out to dinner once he is older.

  • @maltuwaijri

if he didn't die foo fighters never would haft come out

    that happen 4 a purpose

  • Is there any truth to the rumor that this man was conceived during Monty Python?

  • here is the real history, with the songs come as you are, and smells like teen sprit,

before they was really discovered, they was playing live, in club in Sheiffied Alabama just across the bidge, the real words writer for Money For Nothing, Cletus Christopher Thornton, wrote the songs words with input from the band, during thier beer break and teens throwing them selves at them, several female virgin teens got live that night, Corbin call Thornton just before Corbin died on the day of the death.

  • One album that had define all of genre, was the Sex Pistols "Never Mind the bullocks, heres the Sex Pistols"! It had define what was Punk, and bands like Killing Joke, which had a massive influence in grunge as a rule, Nirvana in particular.

  • This is literally my favorite album from my favorite band of all time.

  • i will never listen to this song the same again

  • My generation really fucking sucks. 1. The world is being turn on its head, 2. Music sucks, and 3. Kids my age are being stereotyped by people like @Element4078.

  • @TheStationable Agreed... :(

  • @TheStationable agreed, this place is a fuckin shithole, but its up to our generation to turn things around because were gonna have the reigns 1 day and people will be in our shoes... keep your head up

  • ha... no shit, I had no idea dave sung on this... cool.

  • Damn, Dave and kurt's voices mixed together.... amazing

  • @yoyoloto LoL and I always thought how fucking awesome his Kurt's voice was, I never knew it was mixed with dave's.

  • 2:32 ----O R G A S M !!!!!

  • OMG... Nirvana? Nevermind a "Classic Album"? Say it ain't so!!!

  • Not every person can keep their boyish good looks like Davey boy

  • 2nd greatest album ever

  • Why is THIS considered classic? It's shit.

  • @smsgrabber they have computer access at retard school now?

  • @danjmham Evidently they do, consider you just posed that. Seriously, this album sucks.

  • @danjmham No, but I happen to have ears, a mind, and a computer, and my ears and mind tell me that this album sucks.

  • @smsgrabber I'd get that mind re-examined by a doctor, you just aint right.

  • @smsgrabber I agree it's complete shit just like the Steelers.

  • @smsgrabber u are shit

  • bass player got fucking old looking!

  • @mentalfeed70 he is Krist Novoselic

  • @flmvdvsrg I know

  • @mentalfeed70 he's always looked old lol lost his hair is all

  • @FOXHOUNDSTRIKER92 nah he looks normal for his age except going bald

  • how these days were when kurt still live and sing ???

  • cool.

  • the greatest album ever made

  • @Butown ......in your opinion......

  • It was a sad day when Curt died.

  • @logansdad26 its Kurt*

  • @logansdad26 no shit sherlock

  • Dude, it's kind of obvious Dave did the harmonies to In Bloom...I mean their voices are pretty contrast.

  • Rest In Fucking AMAZING Peac,e Kurt Cobain<3

  • 5 putos sin sentido xD

  • see i always get so pissed when people talk about Nirvana like it was just Kurt Cobain. Krist and David contributed just as much. i think David Grohl is the greatest drummer in alternative rock and one of its lords. i mean, him being a hard force in Nirvana, Foo Fighters, and Them Crooked Vultures, hes pretty amazing.

  • @SuperJewTV1 krist and dave contributed just as much? kurt wrote almost everything for nirvana. that's strange that you would say that.

  • @sickstar14 dude, go look at the writing credits on the album, they co-wrote all the songs together.

  • "you can hear the bass........and the drums" really?

  • Oh snap. This gives a whole new meaning to In Bloom. I never knew they did harmonies in that song! I could hear them in the chorus of Something in the Way, though.

  • Best band ever. Saw them in San Diego back in 91. Thank you.

  • great album

  • Im 30 years old and Nirvana was my band when I was a teen. It was a different world then, there was no internet. I miss going to the music store to buy cds after school, I used to spend hours there, I used to ask the guys at the music store for new bands and suggestions and made a lot of friends by the way, now you just download it and thats all, so fast so simple so easy to get.

If you had a cd of a band you felt unique, kinda nobody knows this band, just me,

now you just google what you want.
