Lachin has been banned from performing in Turkmenistan due to her refusal to be a background singer for foreign performers during the concert on the caspian shore in Turkmenbashy. Subsequently, the government has confiscated her apartment in Ashgabat, her car, and her childhood house in Balkanabad. She is currently living with her aunt, husband and mother. She is forbidden from performing anywhere in Turkmenistan.

@awazahome Why did she refuse to be a backup singer? Who were these foreign performers from Turkish or Russian people? Is she still banded till this day? She an amazing talent and it's sad that Turkmen government treats its people like North Korea.
