Everything looks nice and easy apart from rock chopping. I can't get my knife move leftwards on the veg, it stays in the same place all the time. Do you actually lift the knife when doing it?
cannot explain the warm glow of excitement generated by watching this example of Jamie capturing the attention of these kids on all levels, IN SPIRATIONAL .. truly! could see he had really done his homework to hook them in with his passion and anyone else watching , makes me think.. now what can i do ..!?
@DyerMedia looks like one of his ministry of food recipes...so that would be groundnut oil to fry in, soy sauce, lime, coriander...I saw some honey go in, and I would like to bet there was some 5 spice at the start and sesame seed oil towards the end...phenomenal!

@DyerMedia sliced corriander stalk, chilli, garlic and ginger in a really hot pan with some oil. then beef, the more exspensive cuts are for cooking fast like that. then mushrooms, peppers, spring onions, courgettes. keep moving it or it will burn. season with soy sauce instead of salt, seasame oil and lime juice. Toss in cooked egg noodles. Taste and adjust either soy sauce, lime or seasame oil. add corriander leaf. plate up and garnish with corriander and lime juice
Jamie does appear to have the kids really focussed here, which I'd write an achievement, the silence on the post of Jamie really seemed to work here. A great video for any budding cook to watch.
man if i was jamie id be so tempted to say... SHUT THE FUCK UP BITCH AND WATCH. LESS YAPPING MORE WATCHING

for years I though my knife skills sucked...then I got a REAL knife, sharp as a razor...it wasn't ME with the problem- it was the crappy knife!

I need to know what sauces he used, what vegetables, and which vegetables went in with the meat straight away, and what meat he was cooking.
If anyone can find out or tell me, I will give you lots and lots of money.
