Good stuff. I was all: "WHOA!" at the beginning. Awesome. Very well done. I've seen a lot of vids where the lightsabers are reversed for like five seconds but the fact that he kept it that way most of the film was stunning. Thanks for posting. The only thing I would like to see is the energy beams, but that's not exactly what this is about. Great vid. Keep up the good work (to however made it.)
The blade itself is a long painted stick stuck into the hilt that is done over in after effects being either just a wood stick or somthing stronger like chlorafome, guessing on how hard they were hitting eachother im gana go with chlorafome.
As the hit itself its either just a decorated PCP pipe or plumming pipe(honestly not that hard to make)
how did you make the rods grow out of the hilt like that .

Photographed the blades separately and added them in After Effects.

It's nice,
What sabers do you use?

at 1:30 to 1:40, looks like each of you was waiting for each other to attack, like it was expected. It would look better if it was more smooth.
Ex. The guy on the ground sweeping the saber and aiming for the legs, he already had the saber up to block the vertical slash, which came a bit late.
It's good and all, but if the rythm of the choreography was more smooth, it would look loads better.
