He's adorable. I agree with oharabear, though. He needs to be let out into a huge field to be allowed to run around for a little while.

Hey wasn't ours so we couldn't do much for him, we just did the owners a favor by doing this at least cause they never took him out of his stall

They never took him out of his stall? How often do you do this for them. You should make an arrangement. He needs exercise.

It's a horse. Not a dog. He wants to run. He will not et enough exercise by going on "walks" (or whatever the heck it is you're doing). Turn him out in a pasture and let him run.
