  • Yes, those are Traditional style Signa4 fixtures.

  • Signa4 fixtures look like the Aurora fixtures with the blue LED, and these are just called Traditional fixtures.

  • That's correct, because of the white bulb.

  • But I wonder why gluse called them Traditional Signa4 when he rode those new traction elevators.

Aren't those new elevators MRL or conventional traction?

  • Are these the Traditional Signa4 Fixtures?

  • They used the old style Traditional fixtures.

  • What fixtures did the old elevator have?

  • Because they installed a surgery center in the building, and wanted to give the building a new, bright look.

  • Why was the elevator modernized

  • It was originally installed in 1982.

  • When Was The Original Elevator Installed?

  • Dover.

  • What was the original elevator before this was modernized by ThyssenKrupp?

  • So do I, along with the blue/red colors of the Aurora/Signa4 fixtures, as well as the green/red Vandal Resistant direction lanterns.

  • i like thyssens new bluish white led's

  • I know those fans are loud, but I do like the newer Traditional fixtures, as well as the 4000 lb. capacity, which is quite rare.

  • Yes I will agree That The Newer Line of Traditional Fixtures.

  • Are my favorite.

  • Yes sorry was rushing. I am getting a casio exilim soon

  • Noisy fan in there.

  • 4000 LB model was introduced this year as part of 2006 standards that it needs to meet. Nice updated fixture look.

  • I don't like the buzz, but I do like the improved Traditional fixtures. The old elevator was a Dover inground elevator with 2 floors and standard cab.

  • The buzz...is annoying. Bzzz. The buttons look like the ones in the Sheraton in Columbia, SC.

  • What were these elevators before?

  • Actually, those are the new Traditional fixtures, which use cool white LED bulbs instead of the older yellow bulbs. However, I think the directional lanterns should use green up/red down illumination.

  • ohhhh...a bit of Auroa

  • First Comment, Interesting fixtures for the classic arangement
