On behalf of Black Canyon (Thailand), the owner of Caffe Nero, I would like to correct several errors in the video and comments. We were not robbed. We were faced with several tubs of gelato that were about to expire, so WE decided to give it away rather than thrown it out. Stranded passengers were among those who received the samples. We were not contacted by PAD, and it is wrong to say we support PAD. We believe that all parties should work for the good of all Thai people.

Let me clarify something for the ppl. who asked about why the PAD volunteers were the ones distributing the ice cream. The airport was closed as well as all the restaurants. PAD leaders contacted that restaurant's office (it belongs to the "Black Canyon Coffee" chain) whose owner happens to be pro-PAD. They sold all the ice cream in that fridge cheaply, the volunteers distributed the ice cream themselves since there were no employee working!!

Calling themselves as "protesters" but their actions showed that they are "thieves".

If the shop really selling the ice-cream how come only PAD are buying them. Where about the tourists that still stuck there. And how come there is no any money or cashier.

the line is long if they are really buying some one have got to hold money in their hand to get out of the line quickly.

PAD supporters should just wake up already..

Even if you dont actually steal any items. You've stolen Thailand's reputations, people's jobs, times, money etc. The damages is beyond billion of $.
