i stopped feeding him goldfish. The last time i put some in there, he actually let one live and they had a symbiotic relationship for a few weeks. The goldfish would hang out right behind the oscars gill and eat the scraps of the pellets. The goldfish started growing and one day the goldfish was gone.. i don't want samson to eat his friends, so i stopped giving him feeder fish..lol

He's huge now! They grow so fast.
I really like the patterns.
It's not really cruel if he eats them in one bite. What would be cruel is giving him goldfish to chew on. I saw some disturbing videos on youtube. :(
