@Crypto167 Did you check whether the move you did is a counter hit? The person had counter hit on meaning the recovery frames and stun frames are longer for the opponent.

I think that explanation is a tab bit confusing. You're basically just hitting D just before hitting the ground so that you're landing before the actual attack comes out, and you are still considered in "chain drive" mode. Just make sure you do something, or you'll be stuck with the reload animation.

Instant Bloom Trigger and Assault through are easier to do however. You can buffer in 236 or 214 as your landing and then hit D soon as you land, and it should come out without having to enter drive.

ive recently picked up blazblue and noel has become my main.

I need a lot of advice to getting better but as for my questions, are most of these combos shown able to work like they do here against human players?

i've noticed that i've only been able to land about one silencer on a downed opponent before they just tech out of the next one. what am i doing wrong?

Are you talking about when she's shooting rachel on the ground? I haven't tried it before but I think that combo is specific to rachel. Also, its important that your doing 22B and not 22C.

To your other question, it all depends on if you can land the opening hit. After that, as long as the number in the combo counter is bright red, no human or computer can break out except with barrier burst or throw escape (if you have a throw in your combo).

I'm not a noel player... so don't take this too seriously, but that first rapid cancel combo in the video on bang seemed pretty much like a waste of 50 heat. It did less than most of Bang's heatless combos. The other ones were pretty cool, but seriously... that one clip brings this video down a couple pegs.

I'm a rather scrub Noel-player but I can tell you that you should keep in mind that most combos in this type of videos are primarily meant to look cool and aren't always practical or even possible to use in 'real' fights.

lol :O. hadouken = down - down foward - foward.... like doing noels revolver blast basically. so instead of doing t he movement twice for the special do it faster ( or try at least ) and do it three times instead of two it helps when ur in a slight laggy fight.

ive read this, and i do it myself so i know it works. you have to be crouching then hit c like 3-4 times or so then up while hiting c again repeatedly to make sure u complete it. you can also combo into her astral, the one ive done and seen done is D to foward C then while that attack is going hold down and do the C buttons and when shes done with the attack do the up c's and it should come out/ combo into it.

i dont do this online cuz its hard xD.

Press down twice and then press B for multifire, or C for 1 large blast. It ONLY works if they're on the ground. Practice lots!

i played this for the first time tonight...I found that i enjoyed playing with noel the most...idk if that is noobish or not. she just seems to have easy-to-do combos...and the black blob/parasite character is very easy for me to use as well.

Not necessarily, I heard there are better strings for combo, however, its the easiest and most practical, and leaves them grounded (kinda) that and 28D doesn't always hit if they get too far during combo.

To clarify the answer given before; after the first hit of 6C, hit B+C for a throw, then you can continue the loop with another 6C if you're close enough. If not, you'll have to do a quick dash before the second 6C to either continue the loop, or end the combo with her drive sequence, or her air combos after 1 hit of 6C.

What should happen after the 6C, then throw(whiff) is Noel will reach out in front of her and miss the throw, which in effect makes for a fast enough recovery to continue her combo using 22C or another 6C. You won't actually get the throw, and that's normal. If the second part of 6C comes out, however, it either means you've input the throw with wrong timing, or you didn't actually press the buttons correctly.

Actually, if you've floored them once (6B, 3C for example), you don't want to ground them again, unless it's with her air grab. If you do another 22C in middle of the combo after a 6C, you can follow through with a good air combo finisher. I personally can't pull off the 2B, 3C, 22C, [6C, 22C, 6C, 22C] repetition more than twice, but it's one of Noel's most damaging combo loops if done right and/or with enough repetitions. Most of the top PSN Noel players have replays of this in action up online

Let's just say you can't do those based on reaction, you have to rely on your muscle memory. There are easier combo that do 30% less damage, but a lot easier to pull off.

2 is most certainly down. 22C would be down down C attack (Not sure what that'd be for this game, I don't have it yet.) 6C would be forward C attack. The numbers are directional based upon your numpad on your keyboard(Provided you have a numpad.)
