Actually that was not an Estonian accent. I used to live in FInland and I had the opportunity to meet foreign students from Estonia and travel to their country with them in our student break. Their accent is way different than hers was and actually some people spoke some damn good English to hardly even notice their accents. On the other hand I saw how there are a lot of Estonian people who speak Russian as their mother tongue but still it is a very different accent than Estonian accent.
