I think you play great! What brand mandolin is that? It looks like my Lotus. My newphew gave it to me when he switched permanently to guitar and I'm just starting out on the mandolin.

im gonna start learning the Mando, ive been playing electric guitar for 2 years now, getting an acoustic for x-mas and im gonna ask for a mandoline strings and like....tab/chord book

Yes, it is a well known reel. Hornpipes have a much more "dotted" rhythm. Well played but you could make it sound more Irish by working in some triplets.
