Now that is a very important tip, sensitivity set to insane or near what you feel comfortable with. I can do some shots as a sniper but couldn't get to the close combat without using my pistol or melee I didn't know if you do a higher sensitivity to get me through the tight spots would accomplish what you and the other excellent players do throughout a match without using a secondary. You guys realize that you cant quickscope in black ops because they got sick of people whining about it right? You can tell they took it out on purpose because if you read the sleight of hand pro description its ADS faster for every weapon EXCEPT SNIPER RIFLES! My point is that while they may put it back in for MW3, dont get your hopes up too high

I really hope infinity ward MAKES SURE that you can absolutely quickscope in MW3. It pisses me the fuck off that I can't use a sniper because then all my rounds go 4 kills and 20 deaths. I mean, I want to have some varying, hence using a sniper every few rounds instead of an automatic!

i'd love to know how you think an auto kill gives you a disadvantage. Play by the real spirit of the game, qs'ers. Try picking up a real sniper rifle and qs'ing. it doesn't work there and it shouldn't here. Anyone an qs if they take a few minutes to learn. If i'm "jealous" of anything, it's ur "screw everyone who isn't me" attitude that lets you think winning a game by cheating actually means something.

@mabDave scope in then wait a second for it to stop shaking, then drag over them...and after you pull the trigger you have to keep left trigger in for a extra half second or the bullet wont register

@CaliCamar0 you might want to watch my video because i do a MW2 style quick scope and it works. I prob just got really lucky but i've gotten more than a few of those.

jd2020 removed quick scopeing because he thinks that its cheap but what about grenade launchers and i bet if you give a quick scoper an assult rifle he would get better kills and better kd's than with his sniper rifle

@sanSNAI The no scoping mechanics are still intact. I've successfully no scoped across the map in Black Ops using the same methods as COD4 and MW2 without using Steady Aim. I assure you, it's not luck.

And Cali, apparently if you use the variable scope, you don't have to drag as much in order to get the kill. Try it out; I love it. (Use the second zoom)
