This made me so emotional. Thank you for this amazing event - which is the ultimate way to give thanks and glory to God through his all encompassing SON.
It is a great glory to God that this space traveler took time and had the courage and love to honor the Son of God, one that shed his blood, died for us and rose again and is our hope. What a statement to the world! They tried to keep it quiet. But in the fullness of time, the witness was given! It is more important to know Jesus' love and forgiveness than to ride the rocket to the moon. I am thankful that he died for me. Do you know Him? Forgiveness is free to you tho it cost him all.

These "men" should be ashamed of their selves for "pretending" to 'land-on-the-Moon" and THEN, make an abomination of it to boot, by "claiming" they DID land. That was one of Stanley Kubricks best SNOW-JOBS! We didn't land on the Moon in '69. That was FAKED! Just like TOO MUCH of TV. And those men, in their endever to FOOL our nation, and indeed the World, into believing something happened, when they KNOW....it did NOT; and by FURTHER raping-reality by doing the Catholic-communion to boot!
@hddragracer1 The tv series MYTHBUSTERS did an entire show about the "Moon Landing Hoax". They put every theory to the test. They concluded that we really did land on the moon. In fact, the latest moon-orbiting mapping satellites can actually see the leftover Apollo hardware on the moon. Not just the USA satellites, but those from China and Japan as well. Just get over it. We landed on the moon. End of story. CASE CLOSED.
@Cosmored - And the Earth is Flat, and all the planets revolve around the Earth. Medicine is Witchcraft. You guys are too bent on proving everything and yet prove nothing!

I am a Roman Catholic and I find this a powerful statement of the faith of one man, on the Moon, representing people of faith everywhere. Perhaps this moment and reading by Buzz Aldrin was more prfound than Neil Armstrong's first words.
We are allowed to see news of one astronaut trying to kill the lover of another, but we are prevented from witnessing an astronaut's act of worship. Maybe if we had more of the latter, we wouldn't have had the former. The establishment clause was never meant to insulate people from religious expression. Too bad it took Tom Hanks to bring this episode in our history to light.
Just found this video. I have been involved in satellite communications my entire adult life. This is the first time I knew this. Lets hope, with all of our accumulated knowledge, we still have time for our creator.
I was 11 when this happend. Thanks for posting this.

Buzz Aldrin never went to the moon. The evidence shows that they faked the moon landings. Here's a link to some of it.
