Wow, We do not get Sage in India. One of my friends sent me the Smudge prepared with the Sage, Lavender, Sweetgrass and Manzanita to clear my space with negative energy and clear the crystals and I must tell you it is awesome.. Dear Helen, Please tell us about the properties of other herbs as well.

i have a question, what about burning it? do these properties, translate into the air that way or can they purify the air?

@bonigga Blessings, yes :) Because they are inhaled and inhalation with the gases and oils being absorbed by the lungs help the sage to ender the blood stream faster, just as it is in aromatherapy xxxx
