Beware of ALL politicians. The Black Budget defense projects have mind interaction technologies which can manipulate and read the thoughts of humans. For this reason it is no longer reasonable to institute governments where few represent/rule the many. It is time to lay aside the idea of government for a time. I've been run out of state because of Paul Ryan's over-zealous supporters who had to pick on a guy with "a have a nice day" sign outside his fundraiser. Paul - let me back to WI.

With respect to the words "general welfare," I have always regarded them as qualified by the detail of powers connected with them. General Welfare Clause? Ok, Fine. People need food, so lets create Gov't Cluster F__k for that. And while were at it, Lets create a Gov't Cluster F__k for a program to cloth the masses. and on, and on, and on,,,,,,. STOP IT! Its not a federal Government issue. Its the citizens issue, or even a state issue............IDIOTS. Let's get them all OUT in '10
