@MusterChief he's playing on console and to record that you have to have something called a capture card. standard definition ones (dazzles) like this cost about $50 or less....but an HD one ( like the happauge HD PVR) cost as much as $250

Charon, Jericho, Clover, Dogmeat, Fawkes, and BOS chick(sorry, its late i cant think of her name) and also everybody! I am a fallout 3 expert! underworld was a real pain to find, i knew it was in DC somewhere so i went through subway routes to see where it would take me and i ended up coming out near the monument and i walked past a museum and saw a ghoul there and there it was. I seriously looked everywhere though.
