  • cant say music without saying muse

  • Los mejores de los mejores ♥.♥ LOS AMOOOOOOOOOOO

  • This is perfection.

  • This song is..well...GLORIOUS

  • this lyrics just way too smart :)

  • i want muse to live forever or at least as long as i live! :)

  • no words can descrive muse

  • Why the heck isn't this on the album?! Seriously, nobody would mind BH&R being half an hour longer in bonus tracks; this song is terribly underrated!

  • Too glorious for a b-side, that's for sure (also "Easily" should have been on the BHAR album)

  • I love this <3 Muse is amazing!!

  • Comment removed

  • This is pretty much my favourite Muse song: i mean it!

but why don't they play it more often at their concerts?

    *sorry for bad english :P

  • They're just genius.

  • @toulousaineafond no, they are glorious

  • Is the picture at 2:35 a reference to Michelangelo's sixteen? It's not quite to same hand gesture... but... there's this feel to it.

  • Gilberto Simoni's 2010 cycling highlights bring me here, great song

  • This is probably my favourite muse song: it's fantastic! and it is a b-side! muse: what a fantastic band!

  • Why'd they have to make this a B-side??? wtf?

  • There are so many poor muse fans that are unaware of this song!!! i dont know about you, but im going to advertise it. it deserves more attention!

  • @sloan1209 been a massive muse fan for like 6 years and first time i hear this song was like a week ago.. it was an amazing week :D also heard dead star and fury

  • Why so few views? :(

  • @PheobeACullen This is what's known as a B-side track, these are omitted from the main albums for whatever reason and aren't known to as many people. Fans like you and me dig around and find them though :)

  • I have never heard this song before. But it is really cool song. From what album is it or it is singl ?

  • Comment removed

  • Most underrated Muse song, imo

  • i have to go to japan to get the cd with this bonus track, and no i wont buy it on itunes

  • This song goes to 11.

  • Sounds like The Strokes.

  • @Aelfredus26 it would if it sucked

  • This song is listed on the back of my Black Holes and Revelations CD case but It's not on the CD! DAMN!

  • Awesome!

  • to all of the songs of muse I've played for more than 3 years, this song was the most hardest. :v

  • @wewbauz Did you play knights of cydonia?

  • Half of the views are mine!

  • Amazing

  • meh not my type of music i dont like it but im not going to thumbs down

  • am i the only one to notice that the riff beginning at 0:28 is the slowed down version of dream theater's panic attack riff?

  • @KingEVH89 Thats actually what got me into Dream Theater :) I thought Panic Attack sounded like Glorious

  • It´s the pure pleasure, the fantastic fanfare, the magic majesty, the best beat and the BEST BAND of ALL TIME !

  • lol i love how the guy at the music store got asked what genre muse was in and hes like "uh have you tried AWESOME?"

  • I listen MUSE since 7 years and haven´t come across this song till today, I feel like reborn!

  • How does this video only have 64,500 views? I've played it at least that many times!

  • Who else would make love with this song playing?

  • If I could pick multiple favourite Muse songs, this would definitely be one of them.

  • muse shouldn't be called a band, they should be called a genre or something

  • @highwaymanD well they were the first band that played New Prog, which is a subgenre. (maybe i'm totally wrong, but i think i read that somewhere haha)

  • Hey wait a minute...what happend to the 8 minute song??!!

  • Comment removed

  • playing this is my commercial photography class. great way to start my morning in school.

  • Tere is something else at the end. It is quiet for a while when the song has ended, and than suddenly you hear them rocking out and matt screaming in the mic.

  • And this is a B-side. Oh my. Glorious.

  • @Emma8887

Actually, their B-sides are their best songs. I like their album songs too, but overall their best music is on the B-sides, because they are more creative imo.

  • Over 2 years of this song being on youtube, 3 people have disliked it. Just shows how good Muse are :)

  • 3 people aren't Glorious. And no, I don't mean Muse!

  • @Gitimi HA haha ha...thats funny and ironic

  • @Gitimi three dislikes in 6 months, that´s fucking great

  • There's a problem with this video, it's only counting my views.

  • Comment removed

  • @aaarenification how original. how many times did you say this comment in other videos before you decided to copy paste it ?

  • this song is so wonderful, like all the other songs from muse. i think they are the best band all over the world and i really love them. MUSE FOR EVER!!!

  • Comment removed

  • So beautiful *tear in eye*

    Hey @FretsonFireMuse !

  • the song s melodie is the same as cradle of filth's cruelty brought three orchids.listen that song at 5.15!

  • @chriscritsini Heh, they do sound similar.

  • Dear God...I have never actually heard this song before...until just tonigh.

    Agreed with Cheesus333's comment.

  • This is by far my favorite song by Muse

  • That artwork is fantastic!

  • @SnareSmasher --i like it myself! If it came on a t-shirt i would be wearing it now. i only can find guys' Muse tees, and if I'm lucky.

  • Such a sinfully overlooked song, and it's easily one of Muse's best. If every Muse fan had heard and loved Glorious, it still wouldn't have the recognition it deserves.

  • @Cheesus333 Yeah man I'm actually surprised it's not more popular or featured in setlists.

  • @Cheesus333 word. It's actually one of my top three.

  • muse chevre hight musical yeah chevre

  • Like a stranger's looo--hoooo--hooo--hooove

    I love that sequence :=)

  • Words cannot describe how much I love this song...

  • This is one of my absolute favorite Muse songs ever.

  • Gotta love the ending =)

  • AN ANTHEM COULD BE THIS AMAZING SONG!

  • such power, i havent felt this kind of emotion listening to anything like this without muse <3

  • you must love the picture=)

  • coldplay herp de derp

  • I love this album cover!!!

  • Why is this amazing song not on the album. :( (Hm, I could say that about all of their B-sides in fact xD)

  • The beginning of this song is nothing short of epic.

  • JOOS DID 911

  • before Matt starts singing, it almost sounds like a Coldplay song (not a bad thing at all in my opinion) but after that, it's a pure epic Muse ballad

  • @amphibulon666

It's the other way around actually. Coldplay has drawed strongly from Muse in the past. In fact, one of their most popular songs "Clocks" was inspired by Bellamy's composition techniques.

  • @winrar88 True, but I'm just saying, most Muse songs don't sound like that, and quite a few Coldplay songs do

  • @winrar88 also thanks for the info, I didn't know that before you mentioned it, it's pretty cool finding out that there are these kind of connections between some of my favorite bands

  • @amphibulon666

Yeah, Chris is very strongly influenced by Bellamy's work. A more obvious example can be heard in "Politik"...very clear influence there, not only in structure but also in the tonality of the music.

  • Is it me or is this song about religion?

  • @musicResistances No.... you may be thinknig of fury....

  • @clangersrule just pay attention to the lyrics...It's like saying"I hate faith , why should we be faithfull in something that we don't know since we ourselves can too be glorious?"..I completely agreee with them..

  • @musicResistances I think its more a dilemma of finding a person who has faith, and loves another person who doesnt have faith, but for that reason can't be with someone who doesn't have faith.

  • Play it again...this song is GL0:00RIOUS!!!

  • Why does everyone hate the resistance FFS? The inclusion of Exogenesis is a piece of music genius!

Every Muse album, no, every muse SONG is different. But the albums all have different syles, if you don't know that then you're not a Muse fan.

  • Damn The Resistence... damn it :(

  • @CerpinTaxt37 why? The Resistance was a great album by Muse, I actually liked how they merged different styles of music in that album. BH & R is by far my favorite, but honestly The Resistance was just as good.

  • @BarcaJosh105

I'm not hating on anyone who likes The Resistance, it's just that everything about Muse that I grew to love since 2002 seems to be in the rear-view mirror of their musical craft. I understand bands change, but the direction they are headed is not one that I find myself enjoying.

  • matt you are genius

i can forget all that make me depressed

feel like floating across the universe actually

perfect lyric and melody and sound

    is this too much?

    ありがとう

  • what album is this from?

  • @jimtoben it is from the Japanese release of Black holes and Revelations

It was also featured on the Invincible EP release along with some other cool stuff.

You can get the EP off itunes.

  • This song is like a psychadelic acid trip through universe at the speed of light.

  • Slap bass between 2:31 and 2:50?

  • this song should be main theme pokemon black and white.

  • This is so underrated. It's one of the best songs of Muse but of course, all of their songs are awesome...

  • god i love the drums in the outro

  • I love this song! I can't believe I never heard it before yesterday.

  • muse make me feel glorious =)

  • The Resistance was for them a way of try out new kinds of music... the older songs are the best... hopefully some of that awsomeness will rise once again in later albums :)

  • why oh why was this not in the album?

  • Oh my Bellamy...

This song is soo beautiful ! Reminds me pwoper memories...

  • the chorus just pounds it in and the part just leading up to it.

  • I'm sorry, but the line is "Believes we could be glorious." By the way, Muse will never not be Muse. They will be amazing until the very end.

  • they havent lost their spark its just they just have changed the've always been changing showbiz was ironicly named cause it was written by a teenager who had a normal enough life but was just so talented at wrighting music origin of symetry was written by the band tripping on shrooms absolution was written by them when they were in their prime same with B.H.A.R and the new risistance album is all that combined you can feel even showbiz in some of their new work its still them you can feel it

  • Could somebody PLEASE tell me what the time signature is in the beginning of this song is? I will go insane not knowing it.

  • @joe66pak to be honest im not sure if its meant to have one iv never studied music so i have very little idea what your talking about but i think its sevral different guitars just playing weired scale type things and they just edited it in so it melts in2 the song timing-wise hoped i help prity sure i dident lol

  • @thenenahs16 They're all playing randomly in either B or Bb major before all resolving on like a B (or Bb) Major Sus2 or something.

I'm drunk and I felt like I could help.

  • This song's rocks!!! Muse 4eva!

  • I don't know what it is about MUSE that makes them divine like that but....

I've loved them for years now and still feel the chill run through me whenever Hysteria starts and get all teary-eyed when I hear Space Dementia.... I could go like that forever.

Their music drills into the very core of your soul, shit!

  • This song is simply...glorious

  • this instead of soldiers poem on the album.

  • i really hope they gonna make more songs related to map of the problematique and this song sounds great

  • I love this song with my all heart and soul !

  • Matt said in an interview that they want to do smaller gigs again. does this mean we get more older songs???

  • @promathia1 i fucking hope so!

  • @Boarderforlife15 he also said in another interview that he wants to do a metal album with the group before they depart and go seperate ways...

  • @promathia1 oh goddddd, that just triggered musical porn in my cerebellum. haha

  • @promathia1 No that means they get to play in Teignmouth more often ;)

  • That's what I call a pwoper song

  • i'll like to see these bands that are highest rated on the music magazines produce songs with this level of epicness!!

  • seriously, muse need to start adding some of these songs on their albums just for kicks

  • Best sad song from Muse with Exogenesis ( I, II and III )

  • Most.

    Under-rated Song.

    Evar.

  • best band in galaxy

  • I Love This Song !! :D xx I love Muse ♥

  • this is awesome. I thought their new stuff were good till I hear this <3

  • Epic.

  • Oh,i SO want this song played at my funeral.

  • @CaptainLimecat Wait, are you an atheist then?

    lol

  • LOL @aa428507 Your so wrong is laughable. How can Muse not be Muse? Here's a super secret about the music industry, If you don't change, you die out. If you change and its not shit? Then you survive. Their new stuff is most definitely NOT shit. Hence, the survival.

  • the cover at 0:03 and 3:04 are a form of optical illusion if you move your head closer i mean milli meters from the screen they will join together and kiss or in the otheir picture touch hands

    thumbs up if it work

  • @ad1170 it didnt work for me n since ur comment doesnt hav any thumbs up i dont think it worked for others either

  • @steph8218 maybe my instruction werent clear just look closer to the point were your eyes are touching the screen and you see they slowly move together

  • @ad1170 THANKS IT WORKS! i kinda feel like an idiot cause i couldnt tak simply instructions yea...but yea thanks n now i hav it as my desktop to look at all day lol

  • this song is beautiful.the piano just givesme chills and his voice is just great..love this song

  • :) thumbs uo if you like to smile:0

  • This song reminds me of Dream Theater...

  • THIS IS WHAT I CALL MUSIC.PURE GENIUS.

  • i want twilight fans to listen to this

  • This song is just unbelievable! I can listen to it a million times over and will still gt the chills running down my spine...its epic, beautiful and just a masterpiece. If there ever was a perfect song- this would be it!

  • This has got to be one of my most favourite Muse songs.

  • Amazing song

  • This is my absolute favorite Muse song :)

  • People changes so does music.. i still think there is muse in their new album :) lots of it, give it a try and it may grow on you too, i liked undisclosed desires, united states of eurasia, MK ultra, Resistance and i belong to you it has more variety than most of their albums Imo, but still abosultion and origins are lots better

  • @eltuzo466 Agreed! Music changes and I didn't like The Resistance at first, but now I love the whole album. Muse is a very talented band. They can't make the same songs over and over. Otherwise they would be like Oasis. ^_~ Just think if The Beatles never musically evolved. That's why I think Muse is absolutely fantastic.

  • Ooohh and i almost forgot exogenesis I II III I think that proves Matt musical genious and the passion that he spares into his creations =)

sorry for my horrible gramar.. greetings

  • @eltuzo466 i liked mk ultra & exogenesis (specialli the overture).

  • @eltuzo466 well I am kinda dissapointed from The Resistance album, if you ask me it sounds more like pop than their previous works.

It sounds good from some aspects but not that great as they used to sound, despite that, exogenesis l ll lll are seriously 3 masterpieces, incredibly good I totally loved them, and then MK ultra was the one that captured my attention

  • @DreamingForANewDawn Well, most of it depends in the way you appreciate music, and how long it starts growing on you, because it happens to me, i may not like certain song, but after paying attention or changing the mood i start to like it or totally hate the song =P

i think we all prefer songs we are familiar with just because they mean something to us in our hearts =)

  • @eltuzo466 Very nicely said, I get exactly what you mean ^^
